Public studies and class material can be read without an account. If you create an account, your profile, saved material, lesson progress, and update preferences are stored so you can use them across devices.

Messages and questions

Your messages are available to the site administrators. Choosing “Remain anonymous” hides public attribution, while administrators can still see the contact information or account you include. Choosing “Submit without contact information” removes your name, email, and account association. If you include an email address, it can be used to respond privately. A question may inspire a published study; your contact information is never included in that study.

Email and account information

Account verification and password recovery require transactional email. New-content updates are optional. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, and sign-in uses essential session cookies.

Videos and external links may connect you to other services, which have their own privacy policies.
